comprehensive diagnostics prior to any repair.
This provides you with an accurate final quote for each item to be repaired, so you never end up with an unexpected bill.
Expert diagnosis takes time and resources, so we charge a $35 Diagnostic Fee for each new repair.
However, this fee is not paid upfront and is only payable if you choose to not go ahead with the repair of your item(s) upon presentation of the final quote.
Once we have provided you with the diagnosis and final quote, the Diagnostic Fee is waived when you agree to have your item repaired.
And the best part? We are committed to our No Fix, no Fee Policy – If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay!
